Hamish breaks free of Airds

Hamish had a full time job - he worked at Airds, a lovely hotel on the west coast of Scotland near Port Appin.  His job involved being in charge of a guest room, and guarding the door should the occupants need privacy.  And then Sindy and SS stayed at Airds, and decided to adopt him to be a friend to Mr Strong.

To start with, Hamish joined Sindy and SS on their trip to the Outer Hebrides, and around the top of Scotland.  Here are some of his trip highlights:

On the road out of Airds to Fort William

 Eilean Donan castle

 Talisker - yum yum

Could almost be the Bahamas, but instead is just along from Luskentyre Beach on Isle of Harris - if it wasn't so cold it could be the Bahamas!

At the standing stones of Callanish on Isle of Lewis

 Riding the rainbow at Callanish

Waiting for the ferry at Stornoway - long queue, and I don't like the bouncy waves much...

Back on the mainland, and heading around by the Albannach

Quick break to lie in the sun

 Visiting with the relatives...

Checking out the comfy sofa at Forss House just outside Wick

Stopping off for a tour at Dunrobin Castle - there was an owl display and I don't like those much...

Looking out for Nessie at Loch Ness...

Comfy bed at Boath House near Nairn- can't wait to go back...
